Warehouse manager

Location: Kashgar, China
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
✅ Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.
✅ Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and timely order fulfillment.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other departments for seamless operations.
✅ Generate reports and analyze key warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements:

✔ Spoken Chinese language at least HSK 3 level ( be confermed on the interview, no formal document needed)

✔ Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
✔ Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
✔ Excellent communication abilities.
